Publix Customer Service Response

We always enjoy hearing from our customers, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in us as your grocer of choice.

Annually, Publix partners with four nonprofit organizations to promote awareness for our corporate campaigns: Special Olympics, March of Dimes, Children’s Miracle Network and Food for All.

We also support United Way as our associate-only fundraiser. While we receive several requests from nonprofit organizations for point-of-sale contributions each year, we receive many more ‘asks’ from our customers to protect their shopping experience and limit the number of charitable programs at the register.

Therefore, we have made a conscious effort to solely focus on the current four and do not plan to add more programs to the rotation schedule.
